Onboarding Coordinator

Lazard is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will organize and facilitate the onboarding procedures for new hires.

A successful Onboarding Coordinator should have experience with HR practices. A top-notch Onboarding Coordinator should be a great communicator with a flair for interacting with new people.

You Will:

Coordinate with HRBPs on offer letters
Keep new hires informed regarding their start date
Coordinate new hire set up with business (laptop, desk, phones, etc.)
Welcome new hires and host in-person orientation
Escort new hires to Security for fingerprints and ID
Show new hire to desk or call hiring manager to meet new hire
Ongoing check ins with employees during their tenure at the firm

Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to deal tactfully with others
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently
Strong data-entry skills
Strong organizational skills
Effective in oral and written expressions
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
