Job Description

JOB Responsibilities:

Handle incoming Telephone Calls/Email enquiries, complaints and questions from customer
Planning and Scheduling for Daily Service call for Technician on field
Create Service Quotation and Invoice for Out of warranty
Control of issuing Spare Parts for Audio and Visual
Daily and Weekly Submission of Service Report
Ability to handle Technical and Operational problems with the products
Can work Under Pressure

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC.
At least 1 to 2 years working experiences in relevant field.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks; good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, a team player and have good working attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft office & Internet searching.
Mature, responsible, independent, meticulous and self-motivated with good communication and administrative skills.
Committed with initiative and integrity.
Proficient in English and Mandarin with good interpersonal & communication skill (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients).
Full Time position.
