We’re searching for an excellent team administrator to take on a 6 month fixed term contract (immediate start)! This is a busy and varied role working within a government agency that plays an important part in the community and Wellington Region. You’ll be working 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and be located in central Wellington.
about the role
The role will involve providing administration support to the wider business including email management, invoicing, booking travel, maintaining social areas, managing mail and couriers, arranging catering, raising purchase orders, ordering stationary and any other administration tasks that are required by the business. This is a varied role working with a great team of administrators.
