Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (METRICS) in the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center Detachment Bahrain (FDRMC Det. Bahrain) in the Waterfront Operations Department FW DEPLOYED REG MAINT CTR DET BAHRAIN .

Responsibilities

You will compile information needed to complete reports recommending improvements to program operations.

You will analyze administrative programs to locate and eliminate ineffective procedures or processes.

You will interpret, analyze, and correlate statistical information about organizational mission functions, workload, or productivity.

You will develop methods to solve process problems to improve productivity within an organization.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing measures and provides analysis and reports associated with various metric products ; 2) Providing process and procedure change recommendations resulting from analysis of performance measures and metrics ; 3) Gathering information to develop graphs, charts, presentations ,and other products to support Command; And 4) Analyzing operational data to support organizational processes. N/A Additional Information cont’d: Pay retention will be extended to eligible Department of Defense (DOD) employee(s) who apply through a formal recruitment program and are selected for a position at an overseas location. The Office of the Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) limits the number of Bahrain based DoD personnel accompanied tours. Dependent entry approval from Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command is required for all accompanied tours prior to extending the final job offer and prior to issuing Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders. Accompanied tours are not guaranteed. The current workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Employees hired from continental U.S. will receive Sunday Premium Pay (computed at 25% of basic hourly rate, eight hours per week).

Pay retention may be granted when certain conditions are met. Recruitment incentives may be authorized to eligible new hires. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized. This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
