Assistant Manager Sales | Electronics – AFTRON | Dubai – Al Futtaim Group


Job Description

About the Role

You are responsible for supervise daily retail sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets with available resources. You will maintain good professional relationship with customers and update competition activities and other market information to Sales Manager and yearly target in Dealer channels in Sharjah & Northern Emirates.

Key Specific Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales of Aftron business through designated Retail stores Dubai & Northern Emirates outlets.
  • Collection of receivables from the MM’s accounts.
  • Ensure secondary sales and analysis competitive brand pricing and other relevant market information.
  • Visibility of Products at shop floor


About You

You have a passion for selling and enjoy working in a fast-paced and complex environment. 

To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree
  • 5 years in Electronics sector in Dealer Channels sales management
  • Strong background in Consumer Electronics – Home appliance sector
  • Must have experience in selling & handling large accounts.
  • Fluency in Written and spoken English 
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, SAP & email etiquette
  • Customer Analysis and Market Analysis
  • Initiative & Sales Driven
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Commercial skills
